Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 9, 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to VisArch ("we," "our," or "us"). VisArch is an AI-powered architectural rendering and virtual staging application operated by Avunia. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using VisArch you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Images and User Content: Photos and sketches you upload for AI rendering and the generated outputs.
- Account & User Identifiers: An anonymous user ID assigned to your device, plus internal identifiers used by our authentication and subscription providers.
- Purchase & Subscription Data: Subscription status, trial state, credit balance, transaction history, and product identifiers (we do not see or store credit card numbers — Apple handles billing).
- Device & Technical Data: Device model, operating system version, app version, language, region, IP address, and crash/diagnostic information.
- Advertising Identifier (IDFA): Only collected if you grant permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. Used for advertising measurement (see Section 5).
- Usage Data: Product interaction events such as paywall views, generation requests, template selections, and session activity.
- Push Notification Token: An anonymous device token used to deliver in-app notifications (e.g., when an image generation completes).
3. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and improve our AI rendering and virtual staging services.
- Process your uploaded images to generate architectural visualizations.
- Manage subscriptions, trials, credits, and in-app purchases.
- Deliver push notifications about your generations.
- Measure the performance of our marketing campaigns and attribute new installs to advertising channels.
- Analyze usage patterns to debug issues and improve features.
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Comply with legal obligations.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We rely on the following processors to operate VisArch. Each is bound by their own privacy policy and only receives the data needed for the listed purpose:
- Supabase — authentication, database, and serverless functions.
- Cloudflare R2 — secure storage for input and generated images.
- Replicate — AI model hosting that processes your images to produce renders.
- RevenueCat — subscription and in-app purchase management; receives purchase events and forwards them to our analytics partners.
- AppsFlyer — mobile attribution and marketing analytics. Receives device identifiers, your anonymous user ID, purchase events, and product interaction events.
- TikTok for Business and Apple Search Ads — advertising networks that receive attribution data from AppsFlyer (and aggregate SKAdNetwork postbacks from Apple) so we can measure campaign performance.
- OneSignal — push notification delivery.
- Apple App Store — handles all payments and the App Tracking Transparency framework.
5. Tracking and Advertising
Starting with iOS 14.5, Apple requires apps to ask permission before tracking activity across other apps and websites. The first time you finish onboarding, VisArch will display the App Tracking Transparency prompt.
- If you select "Allow", we collect your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) and share it with AppsFlyer to measure how our advertising campaigns on TikTok and Apple Search Ads perform.
- If you select "Ask App Not to Track", no IDFA is collected. We may still receive aggregate, privacy-preserving install attribution from Apple's SKAdNetwork, which does not identify you personally.
- You can change your choice at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your data to display third-party ads inside VisArch. The only advertising-related use is measuring the effectiveness of campaigns that brought you to the app.
6. Data Retention
- Uploaded source images: stored only as long as needed to complete your generation, then deleted from temporary storage.
- Generated images: retained in your gallery until you delete them or your account is removed.
- Account & purchase records: kept for as long as your account exists and afterwards for the period required to comply with tax and legal obligations.
- Attribution data: AppsFlyer and ad networks apply their own retention windows (typically 6 months for user-level attribution).
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including under the EU's GDPR and California's CCPA), you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion of your personal data.
- Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
- Receive a portable copy of your data.
- Withdraw your tracking consent at any time via iOS Settings.
- File a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
8. International Data Transfers
VisArch operates globally. Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States and the European Union, where our service providers host their infrastructure. We rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses) where required by law.
9. Children's Privacy
VisArch is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), encryption at rest where supported by our providers, and access controls on our backend systems. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to keep your information protected against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top and, for material changes, we will notify you in-app or by another reasonable means. Continued use of VisArch after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
12. Contact Us
